They let the site remember things — like that you're logged in, or that you closed a banner — between page loads and visits. We use cookies to:

- Keep your booking cart together while you check out.
- Protect against fraud and abuse.
- Understand which pages and features people use, so we can improve them.
- Measure how well our marketing is working — anonymously, in aggregate.
03Types of cookies we use
Cookies fall into four categories. The first is required for the site to work; the rest are optional and you control them.
- Strictly necessary — required for core functionality (login, security, payments). The site doesn't work without these.
- Functional — remember your preferences and settings to personalise your experience.
- Analytics — measure usage so we can improve the Platform. Aggregated, never identifying you personally.
- Marketing — measure the effectiveness of our advertising and (occasionally) show relevant ads on other sites.

06How to manage cookies
Through Pivot
The first time you visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or pick by category. You can change your choices at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of the website.
Through your browser
You can also block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Each browser does it slightly differently:
Heads up: blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site — most importantly, you won't be able to log in or book courts.
07Mobile apps & tracking
Our iOS and Android apps don't use browser cookies, but they do use similar technologies — local device storage, advertising identifiers and analytics SDKs — to deliver a comparable experience. You can control these through your device's privacy settings:
- iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Android — Settings → Privacy → Ads, and Settings → Apps → Pivot Sports → Permissions.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if we add new tools, change how we use existing ones, or to reflect changes in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when changes were made. For material changes, we'll re-prompt you for consent.
