Built for courts that turn over fast
Court bookings online
Players see what is free and book by the slot length you choose, around the clock.
Open sessions with waitlists
Run social play, clinics and round robins as group sessions with a player limit. When a place opens, the waitlist offers it to the next player.
Split payments
Four players, four payments. Each person pays their own share of the court.
Memberships
Membership plans billed by subscription, with member prices and priority booking windows.
Paid upfront
Payment is taken at booking and goes to the venue's own Stripe account, in its own currency.
A community, not just a calendar
Players add friends, chat with their group and follow the venue's feed and events in the app.

What pickleball players say
“I downloaded the Pivot App and I'm blown away. Striking in its simplicity — easy to sign up, very easy to book and pay. I even got sidelined with excitement realising it has videos to help teach me the game.”
“I downloaded the Pivot App, created my profile and booked a court. Wow, so impressed! Quick and easy.”
“Extremely user friendly and a pleasure to book courts on. Any age can get it right! It also gives me choices of courts near me when I'm travelling, which is awesome — I love staying active when away.”
Pickleball venue questions
What software do pickleball venues use to take court bookings?
Pickleball venues use court booking software that lets players reserve and pay for courts online. Pivot Sports does this through a free player app and a web booking page, and adds open sessions with waitlists, split payments and memberships.
Pivot is a strategic partner of Pickleball Australia. It does not provide built-in ladders, leagues or tournament draws.
How much does Pivot Sports cost?
Pivot Start is US$25 a month, Pivot Pro is US$75 a month, Pivot Premium is US$299 a month. Every plan also carries a 4% fee on each booking, session and membership payment processed through Pivot.
There is no setup fee and no contract. Players never pay to use Pivot.
Can we run group sessions and coaching?
Yes. You can create one-off or repeating group sessions with a price and a player limit, and a waitlist fills places as they open. Coaching runs the same way, with coach profiles and a coach earnings report.
Do players have to download an app to book?
No. Players can book and pay on the web at book.bookpivot.com without installing anything. The Pivot Sports app for iPhone and Android adds extras such as chat, a social feed and notifications, and uses the same login.
How does our club get paid?
Player payments go directly into your club's own Stripe account. Players pay when they book, so there is nothing to invoice or chase afterwards.
Each club takes payment in its own currency.
How long does it take to get set up?
Initial setup takes 20 to 30 minutes, and most venues go live in one to six weeks. That time includes five to eight hours of one-to-one training with a Pivot technician, at your pace.
We configure your courts, prices and opening hours with you, and stay with you through launch day.
