Squash court booking software, built by a squash player
Pivot Sports is court booking and club management software for squash clubs. Players book and pay for courts online, in a free app or on the web, and the club manages courts, prices, memberships and sessions in one place. Plans start at US$25 a month.

Everything a squash club runs on
Court booking, all hours
Members and casual players book any court you open up, by the slot length you choose, from their phone or a browser.
Paid at booking
Court fees are paid upfront and go to the club's own Stripe account. Peak and off-peak prices are set per court.
Door codes for unstaffed hours
Clubs with keypad entry can have a door code issued with each paid booking, so courts are usable when nobody is on the desk.
Memberships
Membership plans billed by subscription, with member prices and longer booking windows applied automatically.
RevSport member sync
Membership data from associations that use RevSport flows into your club's membership records.
Sessions and coaching
Social nights, clinics and coaching sessions with player limits, waitlists and online payment.
From a World No. 2 to your club
Pivot was co-founded by Liz Irving, former World No. 2, four-time world team champion and the coach who guided Nicol David through nine years as World No. 1. It was built for squash first.

Squash club questions
What is the best court booking software for a squash club?
It depends on what the club needs. Pivot Sports suits squash clubs that want online court booking with upfront payment, memberships, door codes for unstaffed hours and RevSport member sync in one system, with prices published in full.
Pivot is a strategic partner of Squash Australia and was co-founded by former World No. 2 Liz Irving. Clubs that also want built-in ladders, leagues or tournament draws should check those separately: Pivot does not provide them.
How much does Pivot Sports cost?
Pivot Start is US$25 a month, Pivot Pro is US$75 a month, Pivot Premium is US$299 a month. Every plan also carries a 4% fee on each booking, session and membership payment processed through Pivot.
There is no setup fee and no contract. Players never pay to use Pivot.
Does Pivot Sports work with door access codes?
Yes. For venues with keypad entry, Pivot issues a door code with each paid booking. The player sees it in the app and on the web booking confirmation, so staff do not need to be on site to let people in.
Does Pivot Sports work with RevSport?
Yes. Membership data from sporting associations that use RevSport is synchronised into club membership records in Pivot.
Can we run memberships through Pivot?
Yes, on the Pivot Pro and Pivot Premium plans. You create membership plans with their own price, billing period, member discounts and booking benefits, and members are billed automatically by subscription through Stripe.
How long does it take to get set up?
Initial setup takes 20 to 30 minutes, and most venues go live in one to six weeks. That time includes five to eight hours of one-to-one training with a Pivot technician, at your pace.
We configure your courts, prices and opening hours with you, and stay with you through launch day.
