Booking software for every sport
Pivot Sports is booking and club management software for any venue where people book a court, table, lane, rink, studio or space. Players book and pay online, in a free app or on the web, and the venue manages its spaces, prices, memberships, sessions and events in one place. Plans start at US$25 a month.

Questions from venues
Does Pivot Sports work for my sport?
Almost certainly. Pivot works for any venue where people book a court, table, lane, rink, studio or space by time, join sessions or classes, or hold a membership. Pivot is set up today for tennis, padel, pickleball, squash, badminton, table tennis, racquetball, basketball, lawn bowls, snooker, darts, bridge, gyms and room hire.
If your sport is not in the list, we add it for you.
Can one venue run several sports?
Yes. Each court, table or space has its own sport, hours, slot length and prices, so a multi-sport centre runs everything from one system, with one app and one booking page for its players.
How much does Pivot Sports cost?
Pivot Start is US$25 a month, Pivot Pro is US$75 a month, Pivot Premium is US$299 a month. Every plan also carries a 4% fee on each booking, session and membership payment processed through Pivot.
There is no setup fee and no contract. Players never pay to use Pivot.
Can we run group sessions and coaching?
Yes. You can create one-off or repeating group sessions with a price and a player limit, and a waitlist fills places as they open. Coaching runs the same way, with coach profiles and a coach earnings report.
Can we run memberships through Pivot?
Yes, on the Pivot Pro and Pivot Premium plans. You create membership plans with their own price, billing period, member discounts and booking benefits, and members are billed automatically by subscription through Stripe.
How does our club get paid?
Player payments go directly into your club's own Stripe account. Players pay when they book, so there is nothing to invoice or chase afterwards.
Each club takes payment in its own currency.
How long does it take to get set up?
Initial setup takes 20 to 30 minutes, and most venues go live in one to six weeks. That time includes five to eight hours of one-to-one training with a Pivot technician, at your pace.
We configure your courts, prices and opening hours with you, and stay with you through launch day.
