Pivot Sports and CourtReserve
What is the difference between Pivot Sports and CourtReserve?
CourtReserve is club management software for tennis, pickleball and padel clubs, priced from US$199 a month. Pivot Sports is booking and club management software used by venues of every sport, priced from US$25 a month plus a 4% fee on payments processed.
The main difference in pricing is what the price is based on. CourtReserve: number of courts: 8, 16 or 32 included, custom pricing above that. Pivot: a flat plan price plus a percentage of payments.
Is Pivot Sports cheaper than CourtReserve?
It depends on how much money your club takes through the system. Pivot's monthly price is lower, from US$25 a month, but it adds a 4% fee on payments processed. A club taking US$5,000 a month in bookings would pay US$200 in fees on top of its plan.
CourtReserve's payment fees: not stated on its pricing page. Add your own figures for both before deciding.
Which sports does Pivot Sports support?
Every sport. Pivot is set up today for tennis, padel, pickleball, squash, badminton, table tennis, racquetball, basketball, lawn bowls, snooker, darts, bridge, gyms and room hire, and a new sport is added on request. Each court, table, lane or space is set up with its own opening hours, slot length and prices, so a venue with more than one sport runs them all in one system.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract. You pay your first month when you go live, and you can cancel at any time.
