Pivot Sports and Hello Club
What is the difference between Pivot Sports and Hello Club?
Hello Club is club management software for sports clubs and membership organisations, priced from A$58 a month plus GST. Pivot Sports is booking and club management software used by venues of every sport, priced from US$25 a month plus a 4% fee on payments processed.
The main difference in pricing is what the price is based on. Hello Club: number of members: 100, 300, 1,000 or 2,500 included. Pivot: a flat plan price plus a percentage of payments.
Is Pivot Sports cheaper than Hello Club?
It depends on how much money your club takes through the system. Pivot's monthly price is lower, from US$25 a month, but it adds a 4% fee on payments processed. A club taking US$5,000 a month in bookings would pay US$200 in fees on top of its plan.
Hello Club's payment fees: a percentage plus a fixed amount per transaction, varying by currency and card type; it states the fee includes Stripe fees and can be absorbed by the club or passed on. Add your own figures for both before deciding.
Which sports does Pivot Sports support?
Every sport. Pivot is set up today for tennis, padel, pickleball, squash, badminton, table tennis, racquetball, basketball, lawn bowls, snooker, darts, bridge, gyms and room hire, and a new sport is added on request. Each court, table, lane or space is set up with its own opening hours, slot length and prices, so a venue with more than one sport runs them all in one system.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract. You pay your first month when you go live, and you can cancel at any time.
